Once you have received the mouthpiece, place it in a container filled with hot water.The hot water will soften the mouth piece. Once you've done that, remove SleepPro 1 from the hot water. Wear the mouth piece once it has cooled down slightly and bite into it with your lower jaw projected forward (slightly). The mouthpiece will harden as it cools, retaining the outline of your jaw. Repeat this process a few times and the mouthpiece will eventually take the shape of your teeth for a comfortable fit.
You will only need to do the moulding process once! Easy-to-follow instructions will be included in the package.
