If you’re sleep-deprived you’re costing your country billions

Sleep-deprived workers are costing the world economy billions every year and those involved also face a much higher risk of an earlier death as a result.  The calculation is based on tired employees being less productive or absent from work altogether says a new study of 62,000 workers. It may only be twenty minutes per night and that may not seem much, but it adds up to a massive amount in a lifetime and is vital.
